Booking, Cancellation & Ticket Transfer Policy
We aim to provide a fair and transparent system for all students and attendees while ensuring our lessons, workshops, and social events remain viable. By completing an online booking, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Booking Terms
• All bookings must be made online and are confirmed once payment has been received.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted under the conditions below.
• It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they are available for the date and time of the event.
2. Lesson and Workshop Cancellations Made More Than 14 Days Before the Event
If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the scheduled lesson or workshop, you may choose one of the following options:
A. Transfer to a Future Date
• We will offer to move your booking to a subsequent date, subject to availability.
B. Full Refund via Replacement Participant
• If you privately find another person to take your place, and
• They pay the full cost of the course,
• We will issue a full refund once payment from the new participant has been received.
3. Cancellations Within 14 Days of the lesson or workshop
If you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled lesson or workshop:
• A full refund will only be issued if we are able to re‑book your place with another participant.
• If we cannot fill your space, no refund will be provided.
• Transfers to another date are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
4. Cancellations Within 24 Hours
If you cancel within 24 hours of the event:
• No refund or transfer will be offered under any circumstances.
5. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a booked lesson or workshop without prior notice is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
6. Event Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule:
• You will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a future date.
• We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation)
7. Tickets for Social Dance Events
• All ticket sales for social dance events are strictly non‑refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, you may privately transfer your ticket to another person.
• Any transfer must be notified to the Frankies team in advance so we can update our attendance lists.
• The original ticket holder is responsible for arranging and collecting payment for the transfer.
8. Agreement
By completing an online booking or purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
