NEW AND EXCITING SOCIAL DANCE EVENINGS
Join us for our new Frankie's Social Steps social dance evenings on Thursday 13th August and Thursday 15th October, 7.30pm -9.30pm at the Freedom Church Hall, Netherton Road, Gosport PO12 4PH.
Whether you have been dancing awhile or just finding your dancing feet you will be made very welcome at Frankie's.
All welcome, just £5 on the door, we will play a great mix of rock n roll and swing tunes, with a few strolls thrown in.
Tea, Coffee and soft drinks on sale from the kitchen.

This stroll is designed to have some swing as sway to it, a 2 wall stroll with some nice little steps including the locke step and some nice crossovers,
You will see this stroll down at stokes bay over the summer, at Frankie's record hops and other gigs and events in the area so book your place in the workshop to learn the stroll on Monday 7th Sept at the Freedom Church hall, Netherton Road, Gosport, PO124PH

A Taste of the 50s
We have a dream to bring an authentic 1950s diner to Gosport , we love the era , the music and the food and want to share our passion with you all .
We are still searching for the right place we can lease and have got very close a few times only to stumble on some unforeseen hurdle , but we will do it, this will happen.

We are still searching for the right place we can lease and have got very close a few times only to stumble on some unforeseen hurdle , but we will do it, this will happen.
In the meantime we have started up the Frankie's Dance side of things and have already hosted some fantastic stroll workshops and have started our "First Steps" absolute beginners Swing Jive Course , which is being really well received.
Once we get the diner up and running our experience will be designed to transport you back in time, complete with a retro setting and the fabulous sounds of the 50s playing in the background.
We will be looking to host regular events at our venue with local talent providing themed evenings for great evenings of music, dancing and our fabulous food offerings. The Frankie's team will also be looking to host Frankie's Dance N Dine on the hop events where we take our brand and ethos to other venues to provide our unique experience.

At Frankies, we believe that creating the right vibe and atmosphere, bespoke to your wishes to help you to have the event of your dreams at affordable prices is the priority for us.

we enjoy visiting care homes in the Gosport area, we do not charge for this, we just ask for expenses for our dancers who are all volunteers- particularly if dancing outside as this puts holes in our shoes :)
we can also come along to your group setting and deliver stroll workshops- for £80 you will get an instructor, our large speaker/mus

If you do not have a venue, we can book the hall we use subject to availabilty plus the usual hourly charge and small admin fee.

Bespoke wedding packages available, from individual jive lessons in preparation for a vintage themed wedding, first dance choreography to teaching your guests strolls prior to or at the wedding reception- the house of bamboo is becoming a popular option- please email us to book a phone call to discuss your requirements and obtain your quote

Our team is made up of 3 company directors-Clare and Steve Wood, and Colin Cawley.
We also have Anna who is part of the instructing team.
We are supported by our dance champions who will partner in jive lessons and help to mark out strolls, they are volunteers so we charge for expenses for them to cover costs incurred
